This policy describes, in plain terms, exactly what data MindSort collects and what it does not — matched to how the product actually works, not a generic template.
We never see or store your payment details. Checkout is handled entirely by Digistore24, our authorized reseller, under its own privacy policy. After a successful order, Digistore24 sends us your name, email address, order ID, product purchased, and (if present) marketing attribution parameters (utm_source/medium/campaign, click IDs) so we can provision your access and attribute the sale correctly.
We store, in our own database: your email address, order ID, product purchased, your access key, the marketing attribution data mentioned above, and a delivery/refund status (active, refunded, or charged back). This is used only to (a) send you your access link, (b) avoid sending duplicate delivery emails when Digistore24 resends the same order notification, and (c) revoke access on a refund or chargeback.
Nothing you check off or track inside MindSort is uploaded anywhere. The daily checklist and the 30-day ritual tracker are saved only in your own browser's local storage, on your own device. We have no server-side visibility into this data. Clearing your browser data or using a different device/browser resets it.
The guide is a static PDF file. Downloading it does not send us any additional data beyond the standard access request to load the file.
Your delivery email (containing your access link and key) is sent via our transactional email provider. We do not use your email for marketing without separate, explicit consent.
Order and license records are kept for as long as needed for accounting, refund-window, and support purposes, consistent with Digistore24's own retention requirements as reseller of record.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the order data we hold about you (email, order ID, tracking attribution) by contacting support@mindsort.sofafeiras.com. Note that we cannot delete data held by Digistore24 as the payment processor — that request goes to Digistore24 directly.
